Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a hydraulic-driven extrusion press, a temperature of an apparatus used for a hydraulic device such as a hydraulic pump is raised by the passage resistance of oil (leak amount) flowing from an annular clearance due to secular deterioration (abrasion or the like), on the other hand, in the pump for example, a temperature rise width is normally within a range of +20°C or more or less, and when the temperature is not lower than 20°C, it is determined that the apparatus is deteriorated and a life has come to an end, and the apparatus can be determined to be an object of exchange, and in the extrusion press, the update timing of the hydraulic apparatus is varied depending on use conditions, and the determination of the life of the pump depends on an experience of a user.SOLUTION: In a hydraulic apparatus installed in an extrusion press, the deterioration of the hydraulic apparatus is diagnosed by comparing a temperature difference with a reference temperature difference by detecting the temperature difference of piping at an inlet and an outlet of the oil of the hydraulic apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
