Abstract:

To provide an eye drop usable when contact lenses are put on, formulated with a refrigerant for eliminating foreign body sensation, itching and the like, preventing changes of physicochemical parameter and/or reduction of wettability of the contact lenses by the refrigerant.

The eye drop for soft contact lenses in use, includes a menthol and a polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate as the refrigerant.
