The eye training device of this invention comprises: a pair of left and right eye-pieces; one image display part for displaying images; an optical system for guiding the image displayed at the image display part separately to the respective left and right eye-pieces; and a moving part of the optical system for moving the optical system along the optical axis of the eye-pieces.
