To provide a simple and miniaturized eye training device for the recovery from the asthenopia.
The eye training device comprises left and right optical systems; a storage part for saving images for training the eyes; left and right display means disposed in the left and right optical systems respectively for displaying images for training the eyes; a pair of left and right shift lenses for shifting the focal position of the optical image of the displayed image; a lens moving means for moving the shift lens along the optical axis; and a control means for moving the shift lens along the optical axis via the lens moving means, and moving the images displayed in the left and right display means symmetrically relative to the center axis of the left and right optical systems. The image saved in the storage part is image data longer than the length in the left/right direction of the image display part of the display means. The control means displays part of the image data in the left or right direction when the image data are displayed in the display means.
