Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye washing implement which is sanitary, without a being reused, can be used for any eye looking upward or forward, can widely be used even for a medical treatment, etc., facilitates the injection of the wash, can be simplified in structure, and can be integrally molded out of synthetic resin to reduce in cost.
SOLUTION: In this eye washing implement, an engagement dent 5 is formed at the center on the outer surface of the top wall 4 of a cap-type eye cover 1 to cover an eye, a nozzle 2 connected to the engagement dent 5 is erected to face the eye, and a squeeze tube 3 whose bottom end is open is engaged with the engagement dent 5 so that it is detachable at the opening 6 of the tube at the bottom end. A flange 7 to about the top wall 4 of the eye cover 1 is formed to protrude just above the opening 6, and the flange 7 and the top wall 4 of the eye cover are connected by means of a thin hinge 8. The squeeze tube 3 is transparent or translucent so that an eye wash stored in there can be seen through it, and has a scale on the surface.
