Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a molded motor containing no bubble in a stator core and a winding and having high quality and high performance without necessity of a synthetic resin pressure pouring unit or a vacuum unit, a special unit such as a vacuum maintaining mold, and a mold.
CONSTITUTION: An inner core 3 or 13 is pressure-inserted in a close contact state with the inner wall of an annular stator core 1 mounted between a lower mold 5 and an upper mold 6. Thus, the core 1 and a winding 2 wound around the core 1 are impregnated with synthetic resin 4 of a melted state poured in the lower parts of the lower mold 5 and the core 1 for integral molding and solidification.
