To provide a spectacle lens material that can reduce the transmission of near infrared radiation, can be produced conveniently, has durability, and allows orthoptics.SOLUTION: A spectacle lens material comprises a thio urethane resin obtained by thermal hardening of an isocyanate composition and a thiol composition, the isocyanate composition containing a composite tungsten oxide near-infrared radiation shielding agent.
