The eyesight restoration training device comprises a reflection part 5 for reflecting the image light from a display 3 for displaying an eyesight restoration training image, a carrier part 6 for changing the optical distance between an eyepiece part 2 where the eyes of the trainee are located and the reflection part 5, and a display control part for changing the display size of the eyesight restoration training image according to the optical distance. The direction of movement of the reflection part 5 and the optical axes of the incident light and the reflection light are parallel regardless of the optical distance and without changing the optical axis 9A of the incident light into the reflection part 5 or the optical axis 9B of the reflection light.
