Title:
FABRIC HAVING TWO-LAYERED STRUCTURE AND CLOTHING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3185796
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material (fabric) having function evaporating sweat efficiently without damaging air permeability even in a case much in the generation quantity of sweat and capable of forming air layer between clothing and the skin and comfortable clothing.
SOLUTION: A fabric having a two-layered structure consists of a first layer 10 comprising a net material formed by weaving twisted yarns comprising a hydrophobic material and a second layer 20 comprising a fabric material formed by weaving water absorbable fibers and the first and second layers 10, 20 are bonded at a predetermined interval (bonding interval; 30 mm or less). The thickness of the first layer is at least 1.0 mm and an air layer is formed along one surface of the second layer 20 not only to ensure air permeability but also to guide moisture such as sweat to the second layer 20 through twisted yarns to efficiently evaporate the same.
