Abstract:
To provide a fabric inspection device that can prevent erroneous detection caused by variations in properties of recording sheets and accurately detect image defects, and an ink jet textile printing device including the same.SOLUTION: A fabric inspection device comprises: an image reading section that reads images on a recording sheet conveyed by a sheet conveying section; a storage section that stores the images read by the image reading section as image data; and a comparison and control section that sets one of the images stored in the storage section as a reference image, and compares image data of comparison target images having the same pattern as that of the reference image with image data of the reference image to determine the presence or absence of image defects. When comparison target pixels determined to have abnormal color difference continue in a straight line, the comparison and control section determines that discharge failure occurs, and when the comparison target pixels determined to have abnormal color difference continue in a conveyance direction and a width direction within a predetermined range, determines that dot staining occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
