Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a pleat curtain with easy sewing by arranging a large number of hard synthetic resin layer portions corresponding to a plate width in the width direction of a base fabric on the flexible base fabric.
CONSTITUTION: This fabric for pleat products is made by forming a large number of hard synthetic resin layer portions 2 using an acrylic resin and/or a vinyl acetate resin having a predetermined width L corresponding to a pleat width in the direction of a base fabric 1 on the flexible base fabric 1 such as a plain wave, etc., of a polyester fiber by a rotary screen printing machine and forming a pleat in each of the hard synthetic resin layer portions.
