A fabric with a matrix shape comprises three layer structure including an upper layer 2, a lower layer 3 and an intermediate layer 6. To the upper layer 2, communicating portions 4a to 4c are provided, and to the lower layer 3, communicating portions 42a to 42c are provided. To the intermediate layer, a plurality of connecting yarns 43 is provided. In addition, one of the communicating portions in the upper layer 2 is selected, one of the communicating portion in the lower layer 3 is selected and a desired crossing region is selected, to energizing, such that a desired cross portion can be energizing. The energization allows the connecting yarn 43 to produce heat, leading to be able to selectively be warm only in the desired region among whole of the fabric portion 9.
