To perform highly accurate sewing along the shape of a punch part forming a punch pattern and also to improve sewing efficiency when the punch pattern is formed on the front surface of the fabric for a sewn product to be the base material of a bag or other various sewn products.

Fabric for sewing with the punch pattern is obtained by forming the punch pattern in a front side fabric and sewing the unpunched circumference of each punch part of the front side fabric onto a rear side fabric. Dash line cutting is performed along the outer shape of each punch part to be formed in the front side fabric. When the sewing of the front side fabric onto the rear side texture is terminated, the dash line cutting parts are cut so as to remove the front side fabric inside the cutting parts. Thus, the punch pattern is formed in the front side fabric.
