PURPOSE: To prevent the fraying, simultaneously enable the expression of a fine steric pattern and eliminate the need of an applique small cutter or linking by superposing a sponge sheet and thermally meltable upper fabric through a heat shielding sheet on lower fabric, carrying out the pattern sewing, then melting, cutting and removing the respective sheets along the seam contour.

CONSTITUTION: A heat shielding sheet 2, a thermally meltable sponge sheet 3 and thermally meltable upper fabric 4 are respectively and successively tacked and superposed on thermally meltable lower fabric 1 and the pattern sewing is carried out with thermally unmeltable yarn 5. The thermally meltable sponge sheet 3 on the heat shielding sheet 2 and the thermally meltable upper fabric 4 are thermally melted, cut and removed along a seam contour 6 and the heat shielding sheet 2 is cut and removed along perforated holes of the seam contour 6.
