Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit transportation to an incinerator site under assembled condition as it is by a method wherein a pushing and fixing member is provided to push and fix a seal pusher, inserted across the whole length of corner spaces, against a seal member.
SOLUTION: When a seal member 6 and a seal pusher 7 are inserted from an upper end downwardly across the whole length of a space 12 and a clamping screw 22 is turned to push the seal member 6 against an abutting part 11 through the seal pusher 7, the seal member 6 is adhered by pressure strongly to the side surfaces of a side panel 2 at the near positions of the abutting part 11 while being deformed whereby seal is formed. The body of a furnace, assembled by side panels 2, and a ceiling panel are fixed rigidly to a bottom panel at respective corners so as to be fixed solidly from up-and-down as well as fore-and-rear and left-and-right directions by a fixing pillar whereby an assembled strength, sufficiently standing against transportation, can be provided. According to this method, assembly can be effected at an incinerating site without dispatching any worker for assembling works whereby a total cost can be reduced.
