A flexible sheet containing an ammonia absorbent is attached to one surface of a rubber sheet which is formed by kneading and foaming a composition composed by blending the silicone rubber or the urethane rubber, the tourmaline powder and a foaming agent. The face mask consisting of the resultant composite sheet is put on a facial part ranging from the face to a head part including ear parts so that the mask is freely attachable and detachable by using a locking means.
