To construct a bearing wall smoothly by utilizing the framework of a wooden building by covering the surface side of an enclosing-frame body section freely fitted to an opening surface defined by left-right vertical columns and upper-lower horizontal columns with a face plate and fixing furring strip materials onto moisture-permeable waterproof sheet materials annexed to outer edge sections projected from the left-right side edges of the face plate.
The enclosing-frame body section 12 of the face material unit 11 for the bearing wall is fitted freely to an opening surface parted by left-right vertical columns and upper-lower horizontal members constituting the framework of a wooden building, and the surface side of the enclosing-frame body section 12 is covered with a face plate such as plywood recognized as the bearing wall, in which an outer edge section 18a is projected from the outer circumference 12b of the enclosing-frame body section 12. An outer edge section 19a is projected from the peripheral end face 18b of the face plate and the permeation of moisture to the outside is permitted to the surface 18c of the face plate, a moisture- permeable waterproof sheet material 19, by which water droplets are not allowed to penetrate to the inside, is annexed, and a furring strip member 21 is fixed and arranged onto the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet material 19. Accordingly, the bearing wall can be built easily without requiring skill and depending upon even the weather.
