To provide a restored structure of a personal head shape which is constituted with a simple device without using large-scale devices and allows confirmation of the shape and the size of a head of a user who uses eyeglasses.
A face measuring instrument 2 is put on like eyeglasses to measure user's face dimensions and allows recognition of relative positions information of his or her left ear, right ear, and nose. A device for transferring fitting data 4 includes: the face measuring instrument 2; a head model 1 for fitting which results from mounting replicas of shapes of user's personal nose root edge and right and left concha upper roots on a face dimension reproducing device 3; and a joining device 300 capable of adjustably joining both of them. A nose root edge top model 80, a left concha root top model 113, and a right concha root top model 123 of the head model 1 for fitting are expanded and contracted, and the head model 1 for fitting is brought into contact with the face measuring instrument 2 after measurement and has data transferred thereto, and thus the head model 1 becomes a restored structure of the measured face.
