Abstract:
To obtain information which can be used for biometrics as well as to shoot face photographs.
A face photograph is shot by a camera 12 when a user presses a photography switch. Characteristic points data for biometrics (BM data) is extracted from the face image data. Also, personal information and password information is inputted from an input device 14. The face image data, BM data, personal information and password information is stored in relation to one another in a storing part 16. The data is encrypted and is transmitted, as being related to one another, to a management device 30 through a network N.
