Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faced form made of a polystyrene resin foam, which adds an uneven design such as a stone masonry pattern, to a wall surface or the like formed of placed concrete or the like, and is excellent in recyclability.
SOLUTION: The faced form made of the polystyrene resin foam, consists of a faced form main body 1 formed of the polystyrene resin foam, and a cover sheet 2 covering a design surface D and four side surfaces 11, 12 of the main body in an unbonded manner. The polystyrene resin foam is a mixture of recycled foam pieces of 10 to 60 wt.%, and virgin expandable particles. Preferably, the recycled foam pieces have an average particle size of 1 to 5 mm. The virgin expandable particles contain an iso-hydrocarbon foaming agent of 20 to 70 wt.% as a foaming agent.
