The facial oil blotting paper whose basis weight is 5-30 g/m² and whose density is 0.2-0.8 g/cm³ is made by using ultrafine fiber wherein the monofilament diameter D is 10-1,000 nm and the ratio of the fiber length L to the monofilament diameter D (L/D) is in the range of 100-10,000, and by using binder fiber or another fiber if necessary.
