To provide facilities for manufacturing sand which are capable of automatically separating and removing wood chips in a manufacturing process so that the wood chips are not included into the sand as a finished product.

The facilities for manufacturing crushed sand are each equipped with a raw material bin, a vibrating feeder for cutting out a raw material, a rotary crusher, a vibrating sieve 4 and a closed channel for returning a product on a sieve to the rotary crusher from the vibrating sieve 4. In this case, the vibrating sieve 4 is equipped with a single stage sieve netting or sieve nettings of plural stages 4a, 4b with varying mesh size. In addition, a wood chip separating plate 10 consisting of a perforated plate with circular holes 10a arranged in rows, is connected horizontally to the downstream side of the single stage sieve netting or the top stage sieve netting 4a of sieve nettings 4a, 4b of the plural stages.
