To provide an entry/exit facility for a dioxin control area preventing the leakage of dioxins from the dioxin control area to a non-control area while securing safety for operators.
The entry/exit facility includes a first communication chamber 4 provided between the dioxin control area 2 and the non-control area 3 and provided on the side of the non-control area 3; an access way 6 for guiding the operators entering the control area 2 from the first communication chamber 4 to the control area 2; and an exit way 7 for guiding the operators exiting the control area 2 to the first communication chamber 4. The first communication chamber 4 includes a protector wearing room 8 where the operators entering the control area wear protectors, and a protector takeoff room 9 where the operators exiting the control area take off the protectors. The wearing room 8 and the takeoff room 9 are separated by a separating means 10, whereby an access way A for the operators entering the control area and an exit way B for the operators exiting the control area are separated from each other.
