PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for guiding a facility corresponding to the rareness level of the facility, in facility guidance using a mobile terminal device.SOLUTION: In a facility guiding device positioned in a prescribed area, a facility to which a first attribute is imparted is extracted, the rareness level of the extracted facility in the prescribed area is specified on the basis of the extracted result, one guide mode is selected from a prescribed guide mode group based on the specified rareness level, and the extracted facility is guided based on the selected guide mode.
