The system includes a portable information terminal 15 carried by the user 16 utilizing facilities 11, and a database in which information related to the facilities 11 is registered. The system also includes a server for transmitting the information selected by the user 16 in advance, to the portable information terminal 15 at the timing selected by the user 16 in advance. The above database stores the selectable information attached to the above information.
