To solve the problem that an alteration model needs to be prepared to change basic process order and it is difficult to perform the intermediate- and long-period simulation of a many-kind factory as to a conventional facility load simulation device which predicts the loads on respective facilities on a production line according to the plan for input to the production line.
Actual alterations on the production line are properly reflected on the simulation without preparing any alteration model by performing the simulation by converting the plan for input to production lines by kinds into plans for production lines by passing process patterns by using the rate (use rate) of facilities used for the kinds and respective products to all kinds of products belonging to common passing process patterns.
