Abstract:

To provide a facility maintenance information management device and a facility maintenance information management system for managing the maintenance information of a maintenance object facility installed in each spot.

A maintenance information recovery device 10 loaded on a vehicle collects the situation information of various facilities. Then, when a vehicle returns to a base, the maintenance information recovery device 10 is connected via a network to a maintenance information management server 20. A control part 21 of the maintenance information management server 20 acquires the situation information from the maintenance information recovery device 10, and records it in a road facility situation information storage part 23 and a fictitious facility image information storage part 24. In this case, the control part 21 evaluates the situation information. Furthermore, the control part 21 calculates the non-measurement period of the situation information of the maintenance object facility, and specifies the threshold number of days. When the non-measurement period exceeds the threshold number of days, the control part 21 registers the maintenance object facility as a confirmation object facility, and outputs the patrol route of the confirmation object facility to a terminal 30 of a person in charge.
