Abstract:
To provide a facility management device capable of limiting an operation according to a state of each of pieces of facility equipment when executing a control instruction for the facility equipment.SOLUTION: A facility management device comprises: a point data collection unit 101 that collects management point data; an instruction acceptance unit 1032 that accepts information about target facility equipment and about an operation that the target facility equipment is caused to perform; a determination unit 106 that determines whether to limit the operation of the target facility equipment or not on the basis of the management point data collected by the point data collection unit 101 and on the basis of operation limiting information set according to determination management points used for determining whether a limitation on the operation of the facility equipment 40 is made valid or not; and an operation control unit 108 by which the operation accepted by the instruction acceptance unit 1032 is made invalid with respect to the target facility equipment in a case where the determination unit 106 determines to limit the operation of the target facility equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
