CONSTITUTION: The reservation or advance sales of tickets for using a managed facility 4, such as gymnasium, etc., is inputted by a manager by operating the input device 22 of the facility management device 18 of the managed facility or by a person who wants to reserve the facility 4 by operating a ticket issuing machine 28. The inputted content of the reservation or advance-sold ticket is processed by means of a processor 23 and, when the content is not the same as an already stored content of reservation or advance-sold ticket, the content is stored as new reservation and the content is displayed on the display device 20 of the device 18 and display device 27 of a competent management device 13. When no ticket is purchased during a prescribed period of time, a cancellation circuit 26 is actuated and the reservation stored in the processor is canceled. In this case, plural management device 18 communicate with their competent device 13 and plural competent management devices 13 can communicate with a central management device 5. Therefore, the device 5 can manage all managing facilities.
