PURPOSE: To enable the confirmation of original outgoing by the reception side, by receiving and recording the document information obtained by scanning the document and the original outgoing information automatically transmitted.
CONSTITUTION: The system consists of the document information telautograph TR and the document information receiver RE receiving the document information transmitted from it and recording. Further, the transmitter TR scans the document toward main and subscanning to read in the document information from the document and to transmit it. The original outgoing information is memorized to produce the outgoing information as the pattern code. The document information and the pattern code are selected and transmitted. Next, the receiver RE receives and records the document information and the pattern code without distinction. Thus the original outgoing can be known at the reception side.
