CONSTITUTION: Among protocol signals sent from the receiver side of a communicating party, a CSI signal is displayed on an LCD display panel 1 by the transmitter side and corresponding to an NSF signal, it is judged whether the receiver side is provided with the specified communication mode or not. Namely, when no NSF signal is received, the transmitter side is turned to the transmission mode of communication and when it is received, it is judged whether the NSF signal is provided with a transmission waiting function or not. When the transmission waiting function is not provided, the transmitter side is turned to a normal transmission mode and when the transmission waiting function is provided, the transmission side is turned to a transmission waiting mode and waits for an operator to press a communication permission button 2. When this button 2 is pressed, transmitting images are transmitted.
