PURPOSE: To attain the concentration of a picture data or an original stored in a storage device of the concentration side or output a record at a time convenient to a user, by providing a page buffer having ≥1 page and an automatic concentration means using designated time.
CONSTITUTION: A memory 17 stores a concentration time data 17b for an optional automatic concentration and a concentration address number table 17c. These data 17b and table 17c are read at a reader and detected at an address detecting section so as to be stored in a prescribed area of the memory 17. An automatic concentration control section 18a compares the concentration time data 17b with a clock signal from a clock device 19, and starts the automatic concentration when they are coincident. First, one number is read out from the concentration address number table 17c and applied to an automatic dial section 15a of an NCU15 so as to attain the automatic address transmission, i.e., the line connection by means of automatic calling.
