PURPOSE: To monitor an NSF(nonstandard facsimile)/DIS(digital identification signal) signal when it is desired without using a dedicated display device by receiving the NSF/DIS signal, and displaying the NSF/DIS signal on a communication processor.

CONSTITUTION: The NSF/DIS signal sent in communication procedure after a call is issued from opposite facsimile equipment is accumulated in the image memory 1a of communication facsimile equipment 1 on a reception side as image data. Also, an RS232C interface 2 to send the NSF/DIS signal to a personal computer 3, and the personal computer 3 to display the NSF/DIS signal sent by an RS232 interface 2 are provided. The communication facsimile equipment 1 is connected to the personal computer 3 with the RS232C interface 2, and the NSF/DIS signal is accumulated and displayed as the data in the per-sonal computer 3.
