PURPOSE: To attain printout of a content of a main body memory and an IC card corresponding to a one-touch key in a proper size with excellent operability by selecting either a 1st print means or a 2nd print means automatically depending whether or not the IC card is loaded when the content corresponding to a key entry means is printed out.

CONSTITUTION: An operating panel is provided with a number print key 46 and when the key 46 is depressed, a destination name registered in a memory or the like is printed out automatically on paper (2nd print means) in a size stuck to the lower part (1st print means) of one-touch keys 42 or an IC card 52. An IC card valid flag is set or reset depending whether the IC card is loaded or unloaded and when the number print key 46 is depressed for printout, which of the content of the IC card 52 or the content of the main body memory is to be printed out is selected depending on the IC card valid flag representing the mount state of the IC card 52.
