PURPOSE:To get rid of the missing of a picture information, and to perform the transmission of a correct information by providing a picture information storing part, which is capable of storing the quantity of the picture information larger than the quantity of the picture information equivalent to one page of a recording paper. CONSTITUTION:The picture information storing part A, which is made to be capable of storing the picture information quantity larger than the picture information quantity equivalent to one page of the recording paper, a first picture information recording control means B, which reads out the picture information equivalent to one page of the recording paper from this picture information storing part A, and records it in a first recording paper, and a second picture information recording control means C, which reads out the picture information equivalent to one page of the recording paper, including the remaining picture information, from the picture information storing means A, and records it in a second recording paper, are provided. One part of the picture information, recorded in the first recording paper, is recorded, being overlapped, in the second recording paper, on which the remaining picture information is to be recorded. As the result, even in the case that the picture information is somewhat longer than that equivalent to one page of the recording paper, the cut down of the information can be made to be nil, and the missing of the important information can be removed, and the transmission of the correct information can be performed.
