PURPOSE: To simplify the ordering procedure of the operator when a transmission request of a text is given to a facsimile terminal equipment by selecting a transmission destination facsimile store and forward exchange based on management information when a service request is reached.

CONSTITUTION: When a text distribution service is requested from a facsimile terminal equipment F11 managed by a facsimile store forward exchange equipment M1 to an unregistered facsimile terminal equipment F41 not managed by the equipment M1, a management table is checked automatically from a country code and an area code of a telephone number subjecting to ordering. Then a facsimile store forward exchange equipment M4 managing the facsimile terminal equipment F41 is selected. Thus, it is not required for the operator of the facsimile terminal equipment F11 to check the country code and the area code of the facsimile store forward exchange equipment M4 before ordering.
