A distribution control section 13 analyzes the information 16 and gives an optional character pattern comprising character information, a sender user name character code and a destination user name character code registered in advance in a fixed character pattern control section 14 based on the sender subscriber number and the destination subscriber number to the text picture information as a facsimile image when the text M is distributed to the facsimile terminal equipment TB retrieved by the destination subscriber number. Thus, an individual name is given and the addition of the facsimile transmission document is not required, then the communication cost for the addition of the document is reduced.
