Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the convenience of use by sending a voice guide to a line corresponding to the progress of the reception processing when the reception processing of a multiple address calling request by a PB simple procedure is selected so as to simply and surely the multiple address calling request.
CONSTITUTION: A reception processing system A has a voice guide control section 112 to send a voice guide for an input guide of a multiple address calling request to a line with a PB(pushbutton) simple procedure, and each section is operated under the control of a main control section 104. When the multiple address calling request is desired, since a call is made in the hook-off state, the reception processing system A selects the reception processing of the multiple address calling request by the PB simple procedure automatically to send a required voice guide to the line corresponding to the progress of the reception processing. Even when the operator for the multiple address calling request terminal equipment side does not know of the method of the multiple address calling request by the PB simple procedure or is not skillful to the procedure, the operator implements the required entry operation according to the voice guide sent from the facsimile store multiple address calling equipment and makes the multiple address calling request with the PB simple procedure.
