PURPOSE: To keep the secrecy of a received picture data by adding user designation information to the picture data, recording the result to an information recording section of a common use device, allowing each terminal equipment to discriminate the user designation information and printing out the received picture data only when the information corresponds to its own information.

CONSTITUTION: The common use equipment 1 is installed in common to plural users, consists of a network control circuit 1a and a demodulation circuit 1b, a reception section 1c receiving a facsimile signal via a line 3, a magnetic recording section 1d recording the received data on a magnetic disc 5 and an interface 1e. Each terminal equipments 21∼2n consists of a magnetic reproducing section 2a, a data recovery section 2b recovering a picture data while expanding the band of a received data, a print section 2c and an ID discrimination section 2d. The ID discrimination section 2d discriminates whether or not the user designation information ID corresponds to its own terminal equipment when the picture data from the sending side has the information ID and applies print out only when the said information corresponds to the own equipment.
