PURPOSE: To generate a high sound wave evaded by insects and worms such as a cockroach when no electronic buzzer is rung according to a proper purpose by assembling a simplified electronic buzzer driving circuit in existing facsimile equipment incorporating the electronic buzzer to generate an electronic tone when an error occurs in an operation and a switch is operated.

CONSTITUTION: Such constitution is employed that a control means 1 which outputs a detection signal when the error occurs in the operation of the facsimile equipment and an operating switch is operated, and the electronic buzzer driving circuit 3 which changes the sound volume of the electronic buzzer 2 and a ringing frequency to ordinary levels when the control means outputs the detection signal, on the other hand, decreases the sound volume of the electronic buzzer and increases the ringing frequency to the level evaded by the insects such as the cockroach when no detection signal is outputted are provided.
