Abstract:
PURPOSE: To generate the wind tunnel effect of air streams in the girder direction of the whole cross section of a building and improve the ventilation efficiency without complicating a structure.
CONSTITUTION: This factory building is provided with exhaust towers 2 each constituted of a rising wall 6 having a cross section of the width over the span direction of a building 1 and rising on the roof and an exhaust device 7 provided at the top of the rising wall 6, and an intake device 3 is provided at a portion of the side wall 5 of the building 1. Natural ventilation streams are generated from the intake device 3 to the exhaust devices 7 to conduct the ventilation in the building 1.
