Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy in detection of the abnormal condition of a pulse by making out the same condition as leak in a circuit, and breaking the power supply to equipment in the case that the power supplied to the load operated with pulses becomes abnormal.
CONSTITUTION: In the case that continuously high voltage is outputted at fault of a pulse power generating circuit 3, etc., the voltage of the integrating circuit 4 connected in parallel with load 6 rises, and a switch circuit 5 operates at specified voltage or higher, and it lets the primary current of an earth leakage breaker 2 to secondary side. Accordingly, the earth leakage breaker 2 detects the unbalance current between the two lines of a commercial power source 1, and breaks the power supply to equipment. Hereby, a fail safe circuit, which is high in fault detection accuracy and is low-priced and can stop equipment safely, can be obtained.
