A control cable 6 forming a selective operation transmission system is installed by connecting an actuator part 3 to a control arm 71. The actuator part 3 comprises a deceleration part 4 for decelerating and transmitting the output of a motor 31. An operation handle 5 rotatingly operated at the rear end of a motor 31 is fitted to the output shaft 31 of the motor 31. When the structure is failed, the range selection is manually performed by operating the operation handle 5 through a control cable 6.
