Abstract:

To provide a failure diagnosis device of a sub-power supply capable of securing at the minimum a capacity of the sub-power supply even during failure diagnosis of the sub-power supply.

This device is equipped with a main power supply 20 used at an ordinary time and two backup batteries B1, B2 used only at a necessary time. After moving the charge from one backup battery of the backup batteries B1, B2 to the other backup battery, one backup battery is charged, and failure diagnosis of one backup battery is performed.
