Abstract:

To improve the accuracy of failure predictive diagnosis by enabling all maintenance experts to share knowledge related to failure predictive diagnostic techniques owned by skilled maintenance experts.

This system comprises an operation database 3 storing operation data D from each facility 20, a diagnostic rule input part 4 accepting input of a failure predictive diagnostic rule R based on operation data D for each facility group divided according to the model and operation state of each facility; a diagnostic rule evaluation part 6 evaluating the prediction probability of the accepted failure predictive diagnostic rule R using operation data D of the same facility group; and a diagnostic rule database 7 mainly registering failure predictive diagnostic rule R1 evaluated to be failure-predictable with predetermined high probability. The operation database 3, the diagnostic rule database 7 and the diagnostic rule input part 4 are accessible from a predetermined computer terminal 31.
