The manufacturer host 54 has database 56 storing and retaining management information and processing information of the laundry apparatus 51, or the management object, and is connectable with the outside via Internet 53. The laundry apparatus control device 52 is connected to the manufacturer host 54 via Internet 53 and, when the laundry apparatus 51 reaches a prescribed state, transmits management information unique to the laundry apparatus to the manufacturer host 54. The manufacturer host 54 collates the management information unique to the apparatus received from the laundry apparatus control device 52 with the management information and the processing information and determines failure occurrence preventing measures.
