This system comprises a user computer 10 forming, in occurrence of failure, error information by self-diagnostic function and transmitting it to a failure reception center; the failure reception center 20 receiving the error information, specifying a failure portion of the fault based thereon, and transmitting the information to a treatment procedure formation sytem; the treatment procedure formation system 30 receiving the information of the failure portion, specifying a failure part where the fault occurs based thereon, determining a replacement procedure for replacing the failure part, and transmitting it to a maintenance worker terminal with the user information of the user computer; the maintenance worker terminal 40 receiving and displaying the replacement procedure and the user information; and the Internet 100 mutually connecting the user computer, the failure reception center, the treatment procedure formation system and the maintenance worker terminal.
