To provide a fairing structure for straddle-ride type vehicle which can change the direction of a vehicle with a small force to make the maneuverability light during the turning of the vehicle.
A motorcycle 10 includes: a headlight 23; and side covers 24L, 24R arranged on the rear side of the headlight 23 and on the lateral side of a vehicle body frame 11. The side covers 24L, 25R are composed of body parts 41L, 41R and beaked parts 42L, 42R which are extended to the front side of the vehicle from the body parts 41L, 41R and present a beak shape as a lateral face view of the vehicle. Upper side cowls 25L, 25R are disposed on the upper side of the beaked parts 42L, 42R and on the rear side of the headlight 23 and window parts 44L, 44R which are opened to the lateral side of the vehicle are disposed on the upper side cowls 25L, 25R such that a part of running wind flows to the window parts 44L, 44R.
