Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire rope winder and a fall preventing device for high lift work provided with an end point display not coming off a wire rope nor interfering with smooth winding-out and winding of the wire rope.
SOLUTION: An end point display 3 for displaying a pull-out end point of a wire rope 2 is provided in a specified distance position from the base end of the wire rope 2. The end point display 3 is formed of thermally shrinking synthetic resin with flexibility and composed of a cylindrical body with specified length. In the case of pulling out the stored wire rope 2 being wound around a winding rotating body, the pull-out end point of the wire rope 2 can be perceived by the end point display 3 provided in the specified distance position from the base end of the wire rope 2.
