To provide a fall prevention tool capable of surely preventing fall by holding a bolt and a nut and allowing them to screw together while holding them.
A typical configuration of the fall prevention tool of this invention is provided with a holding part 100 for holding the bolt 20 or the nut 30 and a suspension part 200, connected with the holding part, capable of suspending the holding part. The holding part is provided with a base body 110 having a bottomed hole 112 into which the bolt or the nut can be unrotatably inserted, a shutter 150 having a through hole 152 into which the bolt or the nut can be unrotatably inserted and a rotation mechanism for relatively rotating the shutter and the base body while center axes of the bottomed hole and the through hole are coincided.
